TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Tickets are not refundable, except in the case of cancellation of a performance. Tickets can be transferred to another concert.
• We do not offer any refunds because of less than perfect sight lines. Concerts are performed in St James's Church which was built in the 15th century.  It is not a purpose built, 21st century venue, does not have raked seating, does have pillars holding up the roof  (marked on the seating plan) and is a long, thin building with the stage at one end. Tickets are priced accordingly.
• Whilst we make every endeavour to ensure that the works performed are those advertised, artists reserve the right to alter their advertised programme and no refunds can be made due to a change in performance or performer.
• Student tickets are offered to those under the age of 25 in full time education.
• As from March 2027, we will reserve the right to search bags on entry to the church.

Tickets are not refundable, except in the case of cancellation of an event.
