The Leonkoro Quartet possesses an extraordinary focused stage presence, always centred in the music while embracing the thrill of taking artistic risks and displaying a profound sensitivity towards the unique sonority of each piece. The Leonkoro's debut in 2024 made a lasting impression, fully backing up Alfred Brendel’s description of them as ‘one of the finest, already perfectly unanimous, colourful and original’ quartets.
