Aleksey Semenenko lifted the roof of St James’ Church with his performance of Tchaikovsky’s violin concerto back in 2025 and we are delighted to welcome him back in 2027, bringing his deeply personal and collaborative approach to bear on Brahms' expansive and exuberant masterpiece. Any homage to Beethoven would not be
complete without a symphony and the innovative and impactful Eroica is the perfect counterfoil to the Brahms concerto.
